§1 Określenie Organizatora
Organizatorem programu promocyjnego jest One Money Mail Ltd T/As Sami Swoi z siedzibą w Londynie W5 2ST, Exchange Plaza, 58 Uxbridge Road, wpisana do rejestru Companies House pod numerem rejestracyjnym 5031907. Organizator jest podmiotem odpowiedzialnym bezpośrednio za realizację promocji.
§2 Ogólne postanowienia promocji
Promocja skierowana jest do klientów indywidualnych posiadających pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych, którzy w Okresie trwania Promocji wypełnią kupon konkursowy i wezmą udział w losowaniu jednego z 6 tabletów, ufundowanych przez One Money Mail Ltd T/As Sami Swoi. Promocja „10 tabletów na 10 lat” obejmuje trzy osobne konkursy:
1. „10 tabletów na 10 lat”
2. „10 tabletów na 10 lat – photo booth”
3. „10 tabletów na 10 lat – tablet dla Klienta Sami Swoi Premium”§3 Termin i miejsce Promocji
Czas promocji: godz. 12:00 31.08.2014 – godz. 17:30 31.08.2014 i obejmuje działania określone w §2. Miejsce promocji: Polish Goniec Festival, na skwerze Ealing Broadway, London W5 2NX.
§4 Uczestnicy Promocji
Uczestnikami promocji mogą być osoby fizyczne, które ukończyły 18 lat. Promocja jest dostępna dla wszystkich uczestników Goniec Polish Festival. Ten konkurs nie jest dostępny dla pracowników One Money Mail Ltd, pracowników 1MM Media Ltd oraz członków ich najbliższych rodzin.

§5 Warunki Promocji
Warunkiem skorzystania z promocji podczas Goniec Polish Festival jest wypełnienie kuponu konkursowego oraz zrobienie zdjęcia w photo booth i przekazanie go Pracownikom One Money Mail Ltd. Każdy uczestnik ma prawo do wypełnienia jednego kuponu okreslonego w §2 niniejszego regulaminu. Do 05.09.14 na naszej stronie internetowej https://www.przekazypieniezne.com/blog zostaną umieszczone wszystkie zdjęcia zrobione podczas Goniec Polish Festival. Głosowanie na najciekawsze zdjęcie odbędzie się do 26.09.14. Laureaci powiadomieni zostaną do dnia 03.10.14. 3 tablety zostaną wręczone osobom, które zdobędą najwiekszą ilość głosów. Nagroda musi być odebrana osobiście w siedzibie One Money Mail Ltd do dnia 03.11.2014. Zwycięzca o wygranej zostanie powiadomiony telefonicznie podczas trwania Goniec Polish Festival. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za błędnie podane dane kontaktowe na kuponie.
§6 Reklamacje
Reklamacje dotyczące promocji mogą być zgłaszane telefonicznie, e-mailowo lub pisemnie na adres siedziby Organizatora, w terminie do dnia 10 września 2014 roku. O zachowaniu terminu składania reklamacji decyduje data stempla pocztowego. Reklamacja będzie rozpatrywana według zasad określonych przez Organizatora w „Complaint Policy”, dostępnej na www.PrzekazyPieniezne.com.
§7 Postanowienia końcowe
Regulamin w okresie trwania Promocji dostępny jest w Punktach Kasowych Sami Swoi, na stronie www.PrzekazyPieniezne.com oraz stoisku Sami Swoi. Przystąpienie do Promocji jest jednoznaczne z akceptacją przez Uczestnika Promocji, niniejszego Regulaminu w całości i zobowiązaniem się Uczestnika do przestrzegania określonych w nim zasad, jak również z oświadczeniem, iż Uczestnik spełnia wszystkie warunki, które uprawniają go do udziału w Promocji. Uczestnik oświadcza, iż przed przystąpieniem do udziału w Promocji zapoznał się z treścią niniejszego Regulaminu i akceptuje go bez zastrzeżeń.
Uczestnik przystępując do konkursu wyraża zgodę na wykorzystanie wizerunku do działań marketingowych prowadzonych przez One Money Mail Ltd oraz 1MM Media Ltd. One Money Mail Ltd zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu w dowolnym czasie.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the promotion „10 tablets for 10 years”

§1 Description of the organizer
The organiser of the promotion program is One Money Mail Ltd T/As Sami Swoi, based in London W5 2ST, Exchange Plaza, 58 Uxbridge Road, registered in the Companies House under registration number 5031907. The Organiser is directly responsible for the implementation of the promotion.

§2 Type of services covered by the promotion
The promotion is aimed at individual clients having full legal capacity, who during the period of Promotion will fill in a promotional coupon and will take part in the draw for one of 6 tablets. Tablets are funded by One Money Mail Ltd. Promotion “10 tablets for 10 years” contains separate competitions as follow:
1. “10 tablets for 10 years”
2. “10 tablets for 10 years – photo booth”
3. “10 tablets for 10 years – tablet for customer Sami Swoi Premium

§3 Period and place of the promotion
The Promotion starts at 12:00 on 31st of August 2014 and ends on 31st of August 2014 16:30 and includes activities set out in §2.

§4 Participants of the promotion
The participants of the promotion may be individuals who are at least 18 years old. This competition is available to all participants of the Polish Goniec Festival. This competition is not open to employees of One Money Mail Ltd and 1MM Media Ltd or members of their immediate family.

§5 Terms and conditions of the promotion
The condition of the participation in the promotion is filling in a promotional coupon and place it in a special box located on the Sami Swoi stand or handed in to employees of One Money Mail Ltd during the Polish Festival. Each participant is entitled to the one coupon as described in §2 of the Terms and Conditions. Prize must be collected in person at the Polish Festival around 17:30. The prize draw will take place during the Goniec Polish Festival at the following times: 14:00, 16:30. The winner of one of 6 tablets will be notified by the telephone during the Goniec Polish Festival. The Organiser is not liable for incorrectly given contact details on the coupon by the participant.
§6 Complaints
All the complaints with reference to the promotion can be made by phone, via email or in writing at the Organiser’s address by 10th September 2014. The complaint date as postmarked. The complaint will be considered in accordance with conditions described by the Organizer in “Complaint Policy” available on www.przekazypieniezne.com

§7 Final provisions
During the period of the promotion, the Terms and Conditions of the promotion will be displayed in Sami Swoi Centres, as well as on the website www.przekazypieniezne.com. The participation in the promotion confirms the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Participant and obligates the Participant to observe the described rules. It also confirms that the Participant meets all the conditions to participate in the promotion.
The participant confirms that he/she read the Terms & Conditions and accepts them in full. The participant agrees to the use of the image of the marketing activities conducted by One Money Mail Ltd and 1MM Media Ltd.
One Money Mail Ltd reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
