Losowanie odbędzie się 31 grudnia 2024 roku w naszej siedzibie: ul. 60 The Mall, Ealing Broadway, Londyn W5 3TA. 
Wszystkie zgłoszenia zostaną uwzględnione w elektronicznym losowaniu, a wyniki ogłosimy najpóźniej 8 stycznia 2025 roku na naszym blogu oraz w mediach społecznościowych.

Nagrody można odebrać osobiście w siedzibie naszej firmy lub za pośrednictwem upoważnionej osoby.

Nie możesz odebrać nagrody osobiście? Spokojnie! Wystarczy, że przygotujesz pisemne upoważnienie dla wybranej osoby.

Sami Swoi Christmas Raffle Terms and Conditions 

1. General Provisions 

The organizer of the Raffle („Organizer”) is ONE MONEY MAIL LTD trading as SAMI SWOI, a company registered in England and Wales. One Money Mail Limited is an Authorized Electronic Money Institution regulated by the FCA Financial Conduct Authority with Registration No. 900150 and Companies House No. 5031907 Registered at 60 The Mall, Ealing Broadway, London W5 3TA England, United Kingdom. 

The Organizer operates based on these rules, which define the terms, scope, and conditions of participation in the Raffle. 

3.  Participants 

This Raffle is open to all Individual active customers who: 

• Concern company’s marketing communications, 

• Have an active account status with SAMI SWOI, 

• That are 18 years old or older and have full legal capacity. 

• By entering this Raffle, all eligible participants agreed to be bound by these Raffle Terms and Conditions. 

• You can opt out from this Raffle at any time 

• You agree that if you win any Raffle prize, you authorized ONE MONEY MAIL LTD trading as SAMI SWOI to use your title, name and surname and county of residence to announce the winners on all our Medias Adverts and you may have Testimonials Interviews.  

• All entries to the Christmas raffle are entered into a random electronic draw and will be conducted on the draw date stated on the adverts. 

• Employees of the Organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle. Family members are defined as: ancestors, descendants, siblings, spouses, spouses of siblings, parents of a spouse, and adoptive relatives. 

• This Raffle is not open to any subsidiary companies, or any 3rd party company involved in any way with the company. 

4. Method of Drawing 

• The drawing will be conducted randomly using every Transaction Number made from December 4^th, 2024, until December 30^th, 2024. Every transaction has a unique number which will participate in the draw.  

• The drawing process will take place in the presence of a Commission that will confirm its compliance with the rules. 

• The Commission consists of at least two (2) people, including a chairperson responsible for overseeing the proper conduct of the Raffle. 

• Customer data will be processed in accordance with GDPR principles and used solely for the purposes of the lottery. 

5. Prize Information 

• 1^st Prize: TCL 65C655K 65″ Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR QLED TV with Google Assistant & Amazon Alexa – 1 pc. 

• 2^nd Prize: BOSE QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Earbuds – Black- 1 pc. 

• 3^rd Prize: MARSHALL Woburn III Bluetooth Speaker – Black- 1pc. 

• Please Note: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 

• We reserve the right in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances to substitute any of the prizes acquired for this Raffle for similar prizes at the absolute discretion of the company. 

6. Date and Location of the Drawing 

• The drawing will take place on December 31^st, 2024, at the company’s headquarters at 60 The Mall, Ealing Broadway, London, W5 3TA. 

• The results will be announced on the company’s website and social media no later than January 8th, 2025. 

• The Organizer reserves the right to change the location of the drawing in case of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on the Organizer’s website. 

• In the rare case that we are unable to hold a Raffle draw on the scheduled draw date, we have the discretion to delay the Raffle draw, if in our reasonable opinion it is impractical or not possible for the draw to take place on the originally scheduled draw date. Where a draw is delayed or postponed, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of this and to let you know the proposed rescheduled date of the draw. 

• We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of postponing the draw. 

7. Prize Collection 

• The prize may be collected in person by the winner at a time and place specified by the Organizer, i.e., at the company’s headquarters at Ealing Broadway, 60 The Mall London, W5 3TA. 

• When collecting the prize, the participant is required to show a Valid ID (Identification Document) to verify their details against the information provided when the customer has been registered on our system. 

• If the winner cannot collect the prize personally, they may authorize another person to collect it by providing the Organizer with a written authorization with their signature, along with a copy of their identification document of both (winner and authorized person). Authorized Person needs to show a Valid ID on the collection day. 

• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to release the prize if there is a discrepancy in the data or suspicion breach of this Raffle Terms and Conditions. 

• Failure to collect the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiting the prize which will be held by the Organizer and the company may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles. 

• Upon collection of the prize, the winner will confirm the receipt by signing the appropriate protocol document prepared by the Organizer. 

• Prizes must be collected no later than June, 2025. 

• Where the company is unable to contact a winner, the prize will be unclaimed for up to a maximum of six months following the first attempt to notify the Prize’s winner. 

8. Consent for Photographs During Prize Collection 

• By participating in this Raffle and when collecting the prize, the participant consents and agreed to the Organizer to take photographs and document the moment of prize collection a one of the Raffle Winners. 

• Winner’s photographs may be used by the Organizer for promotional and informational purposes, including publication, advertisings, interviews, testimonials on our websites, social media, and any other marketing materials related to this Raffle. 

• The Organizer commits to processing photographs in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). 

9. Filing Complaints 

• Complaints related to the course of this Raffle may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address or electronically to the email address: legal@1mm.eu  

• The complaint should include the participant’s name, email address, and a detailed description of the incident that forms the basis of the complaint. 

• The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 business days of receiving it and will inform the participant of the decision. 

• All complaints and disputes will be dealt with in accordance with our policy, a copy of which is available from the website. 

10. Personal Data Protection (GDPR) 

• The data controller of the participants’ personal data is the Organizer: ONE MONEY MAIL LTD TRADING AS SAMI SWOI, with its registered office at 60 The Mall, Ealing Broadway, London W5 3TA. 

• Data Protection: we are committed to protecting the members’ privacy. Data that is collected from the member is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and is used solely for the purpose of processing Raffle chances, subsequent entry into this Raffle draw, and informing winners that they have won a prize. All information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Acts and full privacy statement is available on our website 

• The personal data of participants will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting this Raffle, including selecting winners and awarding prizes. 

• Participants’ personal data will not be transferred to third parties except where required by law.

11. Final Provisions 

• This Raffle Terms and Conditions are available at the company’s headquarters and on the Organizer’s website. 

• Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall create or should be construed as creating any form of contract between any entrant and the company. 

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of significant legal or organizational reasons. Any changes will be promptly published on the Organizer’s website. 

• This Raffle is not sponsored, supported, or organized by social media services such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other similar platforms. 

• Any questions, complaints, or comments related to this Raffle should be directed exclusively to the Organizer, not to social media services. 

• Social media platforms are not responsible for any actions arising from the organization of this Raffle by the Organizer. 

• The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, disruptions, system errors, hardware or software failures, internet network problems, or other external service failures that may affect the course of this Raffle, including the ability to participate. 

• The Organizer reserves the right to take corrective actions, including suspending or extending the competition in the event of technical disruptions that prevent its proper execution. 

• Participants can report technical issues to the email address: bok@przekazypieniezne.com. 

• Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall create or should be construed as creating any form of contract between any entrant and the company. 

• The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If so, it will publish the amended Terms and Conditions before the same take effect 

• The company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. 

• The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions and the company, and all entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
