Rules of the “Wysyłasz… wygrywasz…” competition

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These rules apply to the “Wysyłasz… wygrywasz…” competition.
2. The Competition is organised by One Money Mail Ltd based in London at: Exchange Plaza, 58 Uxbridge Road, W5 2ST (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser).
3. The competition is open to persons 18 or over living in the UK.
4. Persons employed by the Organiser, as well as those who live with them in the same household, may not participate in the Competition.
5. The Competition’s Organiser is responsible for the Competition’s organisation and its compliance with the Competition Rules.

COMPETITION RULES
6. The Competition starts on 1st August 2015 and runs until 30th September 2015.
7. To participate you need to make at least one Live transfer or Giro Transfer through: our branches and authorized agent locations.
8. Making multiple transfers may increase your chances of winning.
9. 20 winners will be drawn from all the transactions made between 1st August 2015 and 30th September 2015 in accordance with Rule 7.
10. The Organiser has the right to publish the name of the winner, their city of residence and the location at which the winning transfer was made.

COMPETITION RESULTS
12. The prize draw will take place on 14th October 2015 and all winners will be contacted within 7 working days.
13. The winner will be notified by e-mail and by phone.
14. We will require the winner to confirm the delivery address by email. The prize will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class.

COMPLAINTS
15. All the complaints with reference to the promotion can be made by phone, via email or in writing at the Organiser’s address by 9th November 2015. The complaint date as postmarked. The complaint will be considered in accordance with conditions described by the Organizer in “Complaint Policy” available on www.przekazypieniezne.com

FINAL PROVISIONS
16. During the period of the promotion, the Rules of the promotion will be displayed in Sami Swoi branches, as well as on the website www.przekazypieniezne.com. The participation in the promotion confirms the acceptance of the Rules by the Participant and obligates the Participant to observe the described rules. It also confirms that the Participant meets all the conditions to participate in the promotion.
17. Participation in the competition amounts to consent for processing the participants’ personal data by the Organiser.
18. The participant confirms that he/she read the Rules and accepts them in full.
19. One Money Mail Ltd reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
